About Nicole
Structure and accountability are two of Nicole’s biggest strengths as a coach.
She is incredibly organised and brings that same sense of structure into her coaching, helping clients create routines, stay consistent and follow through on the things they know they need to do.
But what stands out most about Nicole is how genuinely invested she becomes in the people she works with. She cares deeply about their progress, supports them through the difficult periods and celebrates their wins as if they were her own. She brings those two sides together in her coaching, providing plenty of support and encouragement while still holding her clients to a high standard and pushing them towards what she knows they're capable of.
“The moment we are born, we are all given a terminal diagnosis that the doctor can’t tell us”
I think about this at least once a day and it has really helped me to not sweat the small stuff and to just go afterwhat really fills up my cup! It’s made me learn that it’s never too late to start and someone would give anything to be in
the position you find yourself in today so just take that leap of faith and go for it!
Where It Started I was doing chin ups before I knew my times tables Click to read more
When I was 3 months old, my parents enrolled me into swimming lessons. Then at the age of 3 I started gymnastics, so I was able to do chin ups and push ups even before I learnt my times tables. From there, I grew up playing sport throughout my whole childhood into adulthood, which eventually helped me find the gym.
Learning the Hard Way Learning to eat more and lift heavy took two years to accept Click to read more
Growing up being female, we have always been taught that we should be eating as little as possible and doing as much high intensity cardio, and that we should lift light weights at high reps to get a lean/toned physique. For most of my life, this is exactly what I did. It damaged my confidence, left me low on energy and would always leave me binging on my favourite foods whenever I was around them. Learning to actually eat more food and lift heavy weights was something that took me a good two years to get my head around.
Turning It Into a Career This is also where I first met Allan Click to read more
When I was younger, I always knew I wanted to be in a job where I could help people directly, and I knew I wanted it to be somewhere in the health and fitness space. Considering sport had pretty much been my whole life, it felt like the perfect fit. That led me to study a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science and eventually start working as a personal trainer. I loved being able to take everything I had learnt and actually use it to help other people become stronger, healthier and more confident in themselves. And funny enough, this is also where I first met Allan. We were both working as mobile personal trainers at the same company at the time.
The Experience That Changed How I Saw Coaching What started as coaching became far too restrictive Click to read more
6 years ago, I signed up to an online coach at the beginning of the COVID lockdowns. What started as something positive eventually became extremely restrictive. When we came out of lockdown, I would go out for dinner with friends and family after not seeing them for months and sit there without eating, telling them that "I wasn't hungry" or that "I ate before I came." My training also became an in person and online coaching hybrid where I was pushed way past limits that were safe for my body. After this experience, I never wanted anyone to go through what I went through. I wanted to prove to people that you didn't need to push yourself to extremes to get to your dream physique. You can miss a gym session. You can go out for dinner with your family. You can actually enjoy your life and still make incredible progress. That experience became a huge part of the coach I wanted to be.
Becoming a Coach I was part of Timeless before it was even a business Click to read more
Funny story, but I was actually part of Timeless Coaching before it even became Timeless Coaching! Allan eventually left the mobile personal training company we worked at, and after losing contact for a few months, he reached out and asked if I wanted to help him with a new online coaching business he had started. From there, we started working together with a shared belief that with the right guidance, support and genuine care, people could achieve their goals without having to go through the extremes we had experienced ourselves. More importantly, we wanted to give people the education and confidence to eventually do it for themselves. And that's really where Timeless began.
